PTE or Pearson Test of English is an English language proficiency test valid for admissions in english speaking universities predominantly in Australia and New Zealand. Pearson Test of English Academic is a computer-based language proficiency exam that focuses on four vital parameters of language i.e, reading, speaking, writing, and listening. PTE has more than twenty different question formats including multiple choices, essay writing.
The Test is divided into four sections
There are three versions of the PTE Test- PTE Academic, General and Young Learners. To apply for universities one has to provide PTE Academic scores.

There are no limits for the maximum number of attempts in PTE.
PTE Academic exam fee is Rs 13,300 without late fee.
